About the Opportunity
Are you looking to grow your finance career in a dynamic, supportive team? We're on the hunt for an Accounts Payable Administrator to join our welcoming Finance team at T&G’s Global Hub in Ellerslie.
This is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity, perfect for someone ready to build on their experience or take the next step in their accounting journey.
What You'll Be Doing
Accurately and efficiently processing supplier invoices and payments
Managing assigned payment runs, including FX and domestic currency transactions
Completing supplier reconciliations
Handling staff expenses and credit card transactions
Supporting process improvement initiatives in Accounts Payable

What We're Looking For
This role would suit an accounting graduate or someone with administration experience looking to move into finance. Ideally, you’ll also bring:
Prior Accounts Payable and/or SAP experience
A solid understanding of FX and domestic currency payments
Strong technical skills in IT systems or data analysis
Experience working on or supporting Accounts Payable improvement projects
You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, high volume environment, with strong attention to detail, great time management, and a team first attitude.
