What you'll be doing
Job Description
• Process corporate accounts Payable, ensuring a high degree of accuracy, accordance with the company policy and attention to detail.
• Reconcile Corporate credit card charges.
• Resolve payment discrepancies and disputes with Vendors and assisting with client A/R follow-up and investigation.
• Maintain historical records of all invoices, reports, receipts and copy of cheques by saving documents properly on the network.
• Assist with onboarding new users and providing user support for the corporate T&E system, Concur.
• Assisting with Audit support as necessary.
