1. Handling of day to day accounting for rentals
2. Preparations of rental tracker and updating the same on daily basis
3. Follow-up for monthly rental, CAM, Utilities invoices
4. Provisions on monthly basis
5. Accounting of invoices and maintaining LDC trackers
6. Vendor Recon as and when required
7. Verifying of all bills eg- Electricity bills, Water bills.
