Job Description
To appoint a dynamic and results-oriented leader to lead the Accounts Payable department, with the goal of strengthening the organization’s account payable / tax operation processes, Management reporting and cash flow management. The position is responsible to build and operate payable and tax operations processes with strong internal controls, enhancing cash utilisation efficiency, reducing financial risk, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to support sustainable business growth.
Ensuring Compliance of Income Tax Act, 1961 and GST Act, 2017 etc.
Indicative Responsibilities
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in accounts payable / provision, reconciliations, and payouts.
• Automate and streamline AP / Tax processes using relevant tools
• Collaborate with finance and other teams to meet the objective of the Company
• Coordinate with auditors and external consultants during financial reviews
• Maintain compliance with accounting standards, and internal control
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate AP staff performance
• Ensure Income Tax and GST Compliance
• Cash Management to ensure money is invested to earn maximum return
• Prepare aging reports & other reports required by management.

MBA in Finance/ M COM with minimum 10+ years of experience primarily in AP/ Tax function

Pursuant to the “Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (Bima Sugam - Insurance Electronic Marketplace) Regulations, 2026” dated 20 March 2026, Bima Sugam India Federation (BSIF) has been established as a “not for profit company” formed under section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013. The main objective of the Company is to establish, facilitate, develop, operate and maintain the “Insurance Electronic Marketplace” as a robust Digital Public Infrastructure with open standards and interoperable platforms, enabling seamless integration with various services to facilitate inter purchase, sale, servicing of insurance policies, settlement of insurance claims, grievance redressal and other related matters as permitted under the objects of the company.
