We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager to join our team. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of success in managing teams.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable. They will be responsible for leading a large team, handling day-to-day activities, and ensuring strict adherence to deadlines.
The selected candidate will also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to interact with internal partners and external stakeholders. A good understanding of MS Office applications, especially Excel, is also required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a large Accounts Payable team and handle their tasks related to reporting, approval, and evaluation of AR data
• Ensure baseline values adherence for all Service Level Agreements-KPI and CPI
• Review team's day-to-day activities, including invoicing, audit requests, analysis, and other requests pertaining to the accounts payable process
• Handle close timelines and communicate on a timely basis adhering to deadlines
• Interact with Business Accounting team and internal partners to resolve issues
• Lead multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Support metrics reporting for relevant processes
• Be a people manager, involving hiring, structured learning path, operations mentor for the team
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel
