Job Description
Process weekly, monthly and ad-hoc payment runs and upload payments using Greentree software accounting system
Reconcile creditor statements
Setting up new Suppliers
Attend to accounts payable queries
Perform daily and weekly reconciliation of bank accounts
Processing credit card transactions
Receipting invoices & processing payment collections
Management of the credit card and expense reimbursement process
Assist with month-end and year-end journals and reporting process
General administration/activities relating to Finance
To be successful for this position, you will need…
Proven experience in a high volume Accounts Payable role
Experience with Accounting systems such as Greentree/MYOB
Strong accuracy attention to detail
Excellent time management, organisation skills and the ability to self manage
Have a "can-do" and enthusiastic attitude
