Today, the average pet only reaches 37% of their full potential lifespan and statistics have shown us that many suffer from dental disease, cancer, and obesity. Simply put, the status quo is not enough.

Our Mission
The time we share with our pets is being cut short. Despite medical advancements, they're getting sicker earlier. They're dying prematurely. The industry has it backwards - prioritising treating symptoms instead of addressing the root cause. That's where we come in.
At Lyka, we take a preventative, holistic and personalised approach to pet care. We look at the full picture, factoring in the diet, lifestyle and environment of each individual animal.
We don't stop at symptoms, instead we dig for the root cause. We create nutrition plans unique to each pet, because it's not just about living longer, but living well too.

What you’ll do
Receive, verify, and process supplier invoices and employee expenses in NetSuite and Airwallex, ensuring correct coding, approvals, and three-way matching with POs and delivery receipts.
Onboard and maintain supplier records across GateKeeper, NetSuite, and EFTSURE, and manage related communications.
Execute timely weekly and urgent payment runs. Reconcile supplier statements and prepare monthly bank reconciliations as part of the month-end close.
Maintain accurate AP records, support internal/external audits, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Liaise with internal teams and suppliers to resolve discrepancies, manage inquiries, and ensure smooth AP operations.
Identify and drive opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency across the AP function.
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in accounts payable (extra points if you’ve used NetSuite!).
A background in finance, accounting, or similar—or equivalent hands-on experience.
A solid understanding of accounting basics and best practices.
Great time management and attention to detail—you’re someone who gets things done.
A proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with the team.
Comfortable using online tools and systems to get the job done.
