Key responsibilities
Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, this role includes but is not limited to:
Matching purchase orders, invoices and delivery receipts
Handling reconciliation and investigating variances
Setting up and maintaining new suppliers
Processing accurate and timely invoices
Ensuring invoices are processed accurately and within required timeframes
Handling supplier queries and resolving discrepancies
Ideal candidate
Previous experience as an Accounts Payable Officer
Ability to manage high volume of transactions efficiently
Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
