Job Description
Jumio has an immediate opening for a passionate Accounts Payable Professional to join its Accounting team in its Jaipur office. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the company at a time of its rapid growth. Accounts Payable Specialist will be a hands-on single contributor and will be responsible for daily Procure-to-Pay functions to support US, UK, Canada and Singapore offices with Procure-to-Pay daily operations as well as employee expenses and credit card management.
Job duties and responsibilities:
• Process Accounts Payable transactions, vendor bills and vendor payments
• Contact requestors (i.e. vendors, campus departments/individuals, travelers) for missing or additional support documentation or information.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve issues related to outstanding invoice notices. Follow-up and communicate with vendors and other departments as needed.
• Manage Corporate Credit Card programs, record and review transactions and manage card payments
• Manage employee expense reports full cycle: review, record and pay
• Record Journal Entries as it relates to accounts payable and accrued expenses
• Perform account reconciliations as it relates to Accounts Payable
• Ensure accounts payable operations comply with company policies, processes, procedures and internal controls
• Participate in special projects, as needed
Requirements:
• B.Com Graduate
• 5-6 years of experience managing Accounts Payable
• Experience supporting international Accounts Payable operations is a must
• Experience with NetSuite and Tipalti is a plus
• Ability to flourish in a fast-growing environment
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels in the organization
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Self-motivated and self-managed, able to think independently, creatively, and opportunistically.
