Position :Executive – Accounts Receivable Executive
Location : Santacruz East , Mumbai.
Salary : Upto 40K per month .
Brief: Assist in streamlining the accounts receivable process by identifying areas for performance improvement. Communicate discrepancies to the management team, identify slow-paying customers, and recommend collection candidates.
Reports to : AR Manager
Job Responsibility
Monitor Cashand card transactions at stores anddo follow-up for the reconciliation by contacting storesvia telephone, email,and mail.
Perform dailycash management duties, including the recording of bank deposits, updating and distribution of cash receipt logs, and posting cash to theaccounts receivable sub-ledger.
Bank Reconciliation on a regular basis.
Petty cash management, monitoring, and validation forretail stores.
Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
Investigating and resolving any irregularities or inquiries in Cash andCard and PettyCash.
Qualification and Experience
Graduation degreeor equivalent
Experience in accounts receivable (or accounts payable)
Experience in driving processimprovement.
Minimum of 3-5 years experience in accounts receivable
Skills:
Strong mathematical skills
Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping
Superb time management anddetail orientation
Proficiency withGoogle Drive
Ability to keep company and partner confidences
Working Days andTimings
Monday to Saturday
10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
2nd and4th Saturday off
