LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a reputable Property Management Firm to fill an Accounts Receivable Analyst position. This opportunity offers a flexible hybrid schedule with time spent in a beautiful Midtown Manhattan office. Key Responsibilities
• Manage the full accounts receivable cycle, including invoicing, payment processing, and collections.
• Reconcile tenant accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Collaborate with property managers and tenants to ensure smooth billing and payment processes.
• Assist with month-end close and audit preparation.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable, preferably within the real estate or property management industry.
• Proficiency in Yardi, MRI, or Buildium is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables/vlookups.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
$75,000-$90,000K
Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
