About the Role
We have exciting opportunity for a motivated and high performing Billing Officer based near the Airport. Reporting to the Billing Team Leader, this role is responsible for the billing function within the CodeBlue division ensuring all the billing is done timely and accurately.
Key Responsibilities include:
Billing for the different services
Maintaining accurate debtor records
Providing weekly and monthly reports for the management
Ensuring Month End and Year End deadlines are met
Service Level Agreement (SLA) Forecasting
Assist in Year End Audit
Maintain a high standard to customer service to both internal and external customers
Providing ad hoc support to the Billing Team Leader as in when needed
Skills & Experience:
We are looking for someone who has strong attention to detail to prepare accurate financial information. Along with this, you will also have:
2 years+ prior experience in high transactional volume billing
Excel knowledge – intermediate level
Reconciliation & Analytical skills – High level
Comfortable with learning and multitasking with different systems
A high level of professionalism and attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Prior experience in using MYOB Exonet would be preferable
