Job Title: Accounts Receivable / Credit & Collections

Reporting to: Manager of Finance

Industry: Catering

Location: Duffrin/Eglinton

Job Description:

Customer billing for Daily Orders and Functions.
Posts customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
Collection and review aged trial balance.
Customer contact re: past due invoices.
A/R Account Reconciliation.
Monitor monthly A/R account statements.
Other accounting duties
Education/Experience:

1 – 3 years Billing, A/R, credit and collections experience.
Customer service orientated.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to create and edit Excel spreadsheets.
Familiarity with accounting software programs.
CPA Level 2 or 3 or college diploma.
