Your Contribution
At ITONICS, we’re building the future of innovation management and you’ll be on the front lines driving that vision. As an Account Executive - Hunter based in our Miami office, you’ll be a key driver of our U.S. revenue growth by landing enterprise customers with $50K–$500K ACV/ARR deals.
You’ll identify, engage, and close strategic opportunities that help market-leading organizations run scalable, repeatable innovation programs on our Innovation Operating System.
Your impact will directly shape our footprint across the Americas, opening the door to long-term partnerships with global brands.
Your Day-to-Day Tasks
Hunt, prospect and develop new enterprise logos (1,000+ employees)
Lead multi-threaded sales cycles from outbound to signed contract
Run high-impact discovery calls, tailored demos, business case development, and executive-level negotiations
Collaborate cross-functionally with the Global Sales teams to tailor customer journeys
Report directly to the US Managing Director and contribute to GTM strategy and playbooks
Your Skills & Qualifications
Required:
5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience
Proven record of exceeding quota in $50K–$500K+ ACV/ARR deals
Experience selling to C-Level and VP executives, e.g. CTO, CIO, R&D
Skilled in navigating long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
Familiarity with Hubspot, Gong, Outreach, and other GTM tools
Bonus:
Vertical expertise: public sector, defense, healthcare, energy, manufacturing, CPG
Coming from a Portfolio / Data Management Software
Fluent Spanish
