About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our team. As an Accounts Receivable Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing claims, following up on denials, and ensuring prompt reimbursements from insurance carriers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Follow up with insurance companies on outstanding claims via phone and/or web portal
• Analyze and resolve denied and unpaid claims
• Work on aging reports and ensure timely recovery
• Maintain documentation of all follow-up activities
• Meet productivity and quality targets consistently
Requirements:
• 1–4 years of experience in US Healthcare AR calling or Medical Billing (RCM domain)
• Good understanding of denial management and revenue cycle workflow
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with practice management systems and EHRs is a plus
