Our team is seeking a detail-oriented professional with experience managing end-to-end Accounts Receivable processes in a high-volume, fast-paced environment ideally witin the retail industry. If you're skilled in using large ERP systems and thrive in a busy setting, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.Requirements for Success- Follow up on overdue accounts, maintaining professional and courteous communication- Proactive collection of payments in line with company policy- Monitor and reconcile AR accounts to ensure up-to-date records- Issuing customer statements.- Reconciling accounts- Resolving complex queries and disputes- Assist in generating AR reports for management- Communicating with internal and external points of contact- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing and payment queries- Foster positive relationships with clients/customers to facilitate a smooth payment process- Ad hoc tasks as assigned by managementSkills & ExperienceTo be considered for this position, you will need solid prior experience within an Accounts Receivable and/or debt collection role. You will also require the following:- Accounting or Business qualification would be highly regarded- Familiarity with large ERP systems; experience with SAP or Oracle is a plus but not essential.- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel essential- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy- Excellent planning and organisation skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- The ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a teamWorking at EssilorLuxotticaA career with EssilorLuxottica will offer you rewarding experiences and the opportunity to develop your skills every day.
