Healthscope's Victorian Centralised Billing and Collections Hub is seeking a skilled Account Receivables Officer to manage day-to-day financial activities. The primary goal of this role is to ensure smooth and efficient account receivable operations, upholding the highest level of customer satisfaction and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Implementing account receivable processes in line with management guidelines and the One Healthscope approach;
Timely allocation of daily customer cash receipts;
Investigating daily unapplied customer receipts, including retrieval of missing remittance advices;
Efficient resolution of internal and external customer queries, including misallocation issues;
Broadening stakeholder relationships and building trust through excellent communication skills;
Carrying out ad hoc tasks as directed by management.
Selection Criteria
To excel in this role, you should possess:
Comprehensive experience in account receivable functions;
Highly developed reconciliation skills;
Able to work independently and collaborate within a team setting;
Proven ability to manage time effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
