We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Billing Expert (Accounts Receivable) to join our team at Akm Global.

About the Role:

Billing Experts in this position will work closely with US-based clients to ensure timely and accurate invoicing, manage address changes, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create, review, and send invoices to clients.
• Follow up on unapplied cash, coordinate refunds, and conduct small balance reviews.
• Work closely with Client Partners on outstanding Accounts Receivable (AR), including sending past-due invoices/statements and following up directly with clients.
• Notify clients of past-due accounts and payment deadlines.
• Track AR notes, next steps, and related follow-up actions, collaborating with the collections team.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in a billing role is required.
• Experience with cash posting and accounts receivable is preferred.
• Previous experience in a Certified Public Accounting firm, legal firm, or professional services industry is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage a high volume of tasks and requests, prioritizing effectively and multitasking when necessary.
• Comfortable learning and working with multiple software systems.
