Job Title: Accounts Receivable(Logistic)
• Location: Andheri, Mumbai
• Salary: 25,000- 40,000 INR
• Job Type: Full-Time
• Logistic Department experience is required.
• Benefits: Incentives, PF, Gratuity
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday(2nd Saturday off rest half day)
• Key Responsibilities:
• Invoice Management: Prepare, review, and send accurate invoices to clients for logistics services provided.
• Payment Collection: Follow up on outstanding invoices and overdue accounts, ensuring timely payments and minimizing delinquent accounts.
• Customer Communication: Communicate with clients regarding billing issues, discrepancies, and payment terms. Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach.
• Account Reconciliation:Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers and resolve any discrepancies related to client payments.
• Reporting:Maintain up-to-date records of receivables and provide regular reports on aging accounts and cash flow projections to management.
• Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all payments and transactions are properly documented and comply with internal policies and financial regulations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and operations teams to address billing queries and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Credit Management: Assist in assessing creditworthiness of clients and managing credit limits to mitigate financial risks.
• Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in accounts receivable, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial transactions.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial data.
Proficiency in accounting software, MS Office (Excel, Word), and any logistics-related software.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
