Job Description
Key Responsibilities -
1. Office Administration
2.Handle daily office operations and administrative tasks
3.Maintain records, files, and documentation (physical and digital)
4.Coordinate with internal teams and external parties as required
5.Accounts & Bookkeeping
6.Maintain accounts using Tally (latest version preferred)
7.Record purchase, sales, expense entries, and bank transactions
8.Prepare invoices, receipts, vouchers, and ledgers
9.Assist in GST-related documentation and basic compliance support
10.Reconcile bank statements and party accounts
11.Supply Chain & Procurement Support
12.Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for orders and deliveries
13.Maintain purchase records, stock entries, and inventory tracking
14.Assist in follow-ups for material dispatch, delivery, and payments
Required Skills & Qualifications -
Bachelor’s degree (minimum)
Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in admin/accounts roles
Strong working knowledge of Tally software
Basic understanding of accounting principles and GST Good organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
Preferred Candidate Profile - Candidate staying in Mulund West or nearby areas
Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently
Detail-oriented, disciplined, and dependable Working Hours
Full-time, office-based role
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
