Responsibilities
• Managing client’s accounts.
• Preparing financial statements and reports.
• Performing the basic accounting functions.
• Assisting with the preparation of tax returns.
• Correcting any inaccuracies and errors.
• Performing reconciliations of all the reports.
• Handling the cash on a daily basis.
• Validating bank accounts.
• Maintaining ledger accounts.
• Answering client’s queries, if any.
• Performing data entry and word processing.
• Working in collaboration with Accountants and Auditors.
• Maintaining a healthy relationship with the clients.
• Performing clerical duties as and when required.
• Adhering to all the accounting rules and regulations.
Requirements
• Inter CA or the candidate who dropped CA preferred—Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience working as an Accounting Associate or a similar position in the Accounting department.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to solve complex problems.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Tools.
• Outstanding ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Experience:
• 2-4 Years (Experience working in a CA firm and/or filling TDS/Income Tax & GST returns would be an advantage)
Joining:
• Immediate to 15 Days
Salary:
• Rs. 32-38K per month (Depending on the Interview outcome)
