Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant who will play a critical role in managing our financial processes. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Tally and Zoho Books, with a strong background in eCommerce accounting practices. This role demands a proactive individual who can handle multiple tasks efficiently and contribute to the financial health of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
Accounts Management: Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, providing insights and recommendations for cost-saving measures.
Reconciliation: Conduct regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns.
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory accounting, ensuring accurate stock levels and valuation.
Audit Preparation: Prepare for and assist with internal and external audits, ensuring all financial documents are in order.
Software Utilization: Utilize Tally and Zoho Books for all accounting tasks, ensuring seamless integration and data accuracy.
Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and generate reports to support strategic decision-making.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in accounting operations.
