What we expect from you as an A&D Support Associate:
The A&D Support Associate is a junior, individual-contributor role responsible for delivering excellent customer service, operational support and day-to-day assistance for interior designers and architects working with the A&D Sales team. This role ensures our A&D customer segment receives timely, accurate and thoughtful support – while allowing Sales Coordinators and Business Development Managers to focus on pipeline, relationships and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide responsive, professional support to interior designers and architects across email and internal systems
Assist with account setup, access and required documentation
Troubleshoot and resolve non-sales questions related to access, orders and logistics
Ensure all communications are accurate, consistent and aligned with Farrow & Ball brand standards
Serve as first-line support once inquiries are triaged from the Sales team or assigned from Customer Service team
Escalate issues appropriately and follow through to resolution
Share product education, application guidance and best practices as needed
Capture A&D feedback and recurring issues, and surfaces insights to internal teams
Support a consistent, premium experience for the A&D community at every touchpoint

Support inquiries are resolved accurately and in a timely manner
Issues are escalated thoughtfully and followed through to completion
Feedback and recurring themes are clearly documented and shared internally
Sales teams can remain focused on selling and relationship-building
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in customer service, client support, operations or a related role
Strong written communication skills with a calm, professional tone
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working across systems and tools
Service-oriented mindset with pride in helping others success
Interest in design, interiors or premium consumer brands is a plus
