Retail Manager – Get Sashimi Bondi Beach
Location: Bondi Beach, NSW

About Get Sashimi
Get Sashimi is a premium seafood retail concept specialising in fresh sashimi, seafood platters, and ready-to-eat seafood dishes. Located in the heart of Bondi Beach, we serve high-quality seafood to locals and visitors with a strong focus on freshness, quality, and exceptional customer service.
We are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Bondi Beach store, lead the team, and ensure the highest standards in product quality and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Determine and manage the product range, including sashimi selections, seafood platters, and ready-to-eat seafood items
Manage stock levels and inventory to ensure product freshness and availability
Develop and implement purchasing strategies for fresh seafood and related products
Set and monitor pricing strategies in line with market conditions and business targets
Promote products through in-store displays, local marketing initiatives, and social media
Serve customers and provide expert recommendations on sashimi selection, freshness, and preparation
Maintain accurate records of inventory, wastage, and daily sales transactions
Assist with budgeting, cost control, and store performance monitoring
Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure efficient operations and excellent service standards
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health & safety regulations
About You
Experience in retail management, seafood retail, hospitality, or food service operations
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to manage stock control, purchasing, and daily store operations
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Passion for fresh seafood and quality food products
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, particularly in a busy beachside location
