Role Overview
We are looking for an Admin & Accounts Executive to manage daily office operations and support accounting activities. The role is primarily focused on administration, ensuring smooth and efficient office functioning.
Key Responsibilities
Admin (Primary)
Oversee day-to-day office operations
Manage office supplies, assets, and vendor coordination
Maintain records, documents, and filing systems
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communication
Support employee onboarding and admin-related requests
Ensure smooth and efficient office functioning
Accounts (Secondary)
Maintain basic accounting records and entries
Create invoices and share them with clients
Follow up for pending payments and track collections
Handle vendor payments and expense tracking
Assist in bank reconciliation and financial reporting
Support documentation for audits and compliance
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (B. Com preferred)
2–5 years of experience in Admin/Accounts role
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and accounting tools
Good communication and organizational skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
