Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Check & manage daily accounting tasks including payments, deposits, and expenses.
• Prepare and maintain accurate accounting statements.
• Balance/match bank statements and ensure timely completion of tax filings.
• Audit financial records to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage daily plant operations and ensure a clean, organized workspace.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (calls, emails).
• Oversee plant maintenance, repairs, and utility services.
• Maintain files for employee records, vendor agreements, and administrative documents.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0.5 - 1 years of experience. Additionally, candidates are required to have a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Additional certification (if any) is a plus. Applicants must have strong attention to detail, analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
• Basic understanding of office equipment & systems
• Problem-solving and multi-tasking ability
