- Sell properties worth 1100 to 1200 Crores (YoY growth 100%)

- Facilitate 12000+ Site Visits of the Home Buyers

- 1.40lakhs+ leads generated

We are looking to hire an Branch Head with rich home loan experience in DSA companies.

Key Responsibilities -

Responsible for Bank tie-ups with regards to Home Loans for various projects.

Liasioning with various teams for Project approval with different banks/financial institutions.

Finalizing multiple Home Loan schemes & payment schedules with Banks/financial institutions from time to time for various Projects.

Also responsible for providing the cost/price per square feet to the sales team with regards to various home loan schemes & customized payment schedules.

Responsible for the loan disbursement process.

Knowledge, skills and experience required:-

Graduate with minimum 3+ Year of experience from banking, financial services.

Exposure into home loan sales & home loan disbursement cycle.

Excel & MS Office knowledge would be mandatory.

Shall be open to field work as well.

Accounts JD :

Record and maintain all the entries of day-to-day business transactions like sales, purchases and payment receipt purchase order etc.

Keep Bank Accounts up to date by posting day-to-day transactions.

Maintain all the records & files properly.

Record all expenses and review those expenses & keep track of expenses every month.

Basic knowledge of GST, TDS & other accounting terms.

Good command over MS-Excel & MS-Word.

Basic knowledge of banking work & Client coordination

Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers.

Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.

Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable & receivable.

Admin JD :

Handle the office supervisor

Manage filing systems (physical and digital).

Coordinate meeting room bookings and company events.

Liaise with vendors, service providers, and other departments.

Answer and route incoming calls, emails, and other communications.

Exit formalities for Staff

Should maintain all Admin work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
