Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administration Manager to oversee the administrative functions of our organisation. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of office activities, providing excellent customer service, and supporting various departments. This position requires strong communication skills as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily administrative operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and implement office procedures to enhance productivity.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all administrative processes.
• Assist in the preparation of product tender submissions as required.
• Maintain personnel records and assist with payroll processing.
• General administration tasks including sales invoiving.

Skills/Qualifications/Experience
• Proven experience in an administrative role.
• Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; familiarity with other office software such as Sage is advantageous, however training will be given to the right candidate.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient communication skills written and verbal.
• Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service and maintain professional relationships.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
