Temporary, full-time role up to 12 months within the Hazard, Risk and Data Management Division.
Parramatta/Sydney based role with flexible work options and hybrid arrangements available.
Clerk Grade 3/4 salary ($84,659 - $92,701 per annum) plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
We’re looking for a proactive and organised Administration Support Officer to help keep our team running smoothly. In this role, you’ll provide day-to-day administrative support that enables effective team operations and quality service delivery.
About the role
As a key member of the team, you will deliver a range of administrative and coordination tasks that support efficient operations and informed decision-making.
Coordinate meetings, events, and correspondence to support team functions.
Collect and compile information, prepare documents and communications in line with organisational standards.
Process routine financial transactions and assist with procurement activities in compliance with policies.
Respond to general inquiries and redirect issues where necessary to ensure accurate information is provided.
Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring compliance with information management procedures.
Administer and monitor the team’s shared inbox to support timely communication and task tracking.

About the Agency
The NSW Reconstruction Authority (RA) is a statutory corporation within the NSW Premier’s Department. The RA will improve how NSW plans for disasters and help communities to recover from them faster.
To reduce the severity and impacts of disasters, the RA will complete critical planning and preparation with communities, NGOs, businesses, and government. When disaster does strike, we will get recovery started swiftly and coordinate reconstruction efforts across agencies, communities, and other stakeholders.
About the Team
This role is part of the Hazard, Risk and Data Management division in the RA which plays a key role in understanding disaster risk, analysing options to reduce risk to communities and contributing the disaster adaptation planning across NSW.
