About the Role
As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for managing and processing accounts payable transactions. This involves ensuring timely invoices are processed, payment proposals are created, and scheduled payments are made on time. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in maintaining internal controls and adhering to company policies.
Your Responsibilities
• Manage and process accounts payable transactions, including invoice processing and payment disbursement.
• Create payment batches for H2H payments processing.
• Collaborate with Treasury on payment cash flow forecasts and resolve payment issues.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and drive automation.
• Manage failed payments and rejections.
• Respond to generic mailbox inquiries within agreed turnaround times.
• Influence change and champion mission-critical initiatives.
• Participate in internal control testing and prepare documentation.
• Prepare ad-hoc and operational reports, manage analytics, and management reporting.
• Support accounts payable and periodic book close activities as per the close calendar.
Your Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting.
• 0-1 years of experience in accounts payable invoice processing and payment disbursements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• SAP Enterprise knowledge with FICO and MM modules.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Good working experience in SAP workflow, Readsoft, and Vendor portal.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office (PPT, VBA preferred).
• Good interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
