We’re looking for an Administrative & Accounting Coordinator to help keep our operations smooth, organized, and efficient. Key Responsibilities:
• Employee Support: Manage expense reimbursements and assist with salary administration.
• Onboarding: Handle recruitment paperwork, including appointment letters and gathering employee details.
• Admin & Office Management: Oversee office and software payments, manage administrative tasks, and maintain daily operations.
• Tax Management: Assist with TDS, GST, company audits, and both company and personal tax requirements.
• Client Accounts: Prepare service agreements, handle monthly billing, follow up on payments, and issue tax certificates.
• Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel plans and ticket booking as needed.
• Point of Contact: Act as the go-to person for all administrative tasks across the team.
• Attendance Reporting: Maintain weekly attendance records and ensure accurate reporting.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in office management or a similar role
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Highly organised, with the ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities
• Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Self-motivated with strong organisational skills
• Must be able to commute daily to our Bangalore office
