Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Cash Accountant located in Bengaluru. The Cash Accountant will be responsible for tasks such as cash management, journal entries, utilizing analytical skills, financial analysis, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
• Degree/Masters specializing in accounting strongly preferred. CA Qualification not mandatory.
• Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in GL accounting, with demonstrable hands-on experience in cash accounting and a strong understanding of reconciliation processes. Cash Management and Journal Entries (Accounting) skills
• Proven experience with financial systems and tools, with Oracle, BlackLine, and Quickbase experience a plus.
• Familiarity with cash management systems (e.g., Kyriba) is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Strong organization, time management, and task prioritization skills, with a proactive approach to meeting deadlines.
• Demonstrated understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and a commitment to timely and accurate delivery.
