Controller-Finance Specialist

About the Role
• As a Financial Analyst, you will conduct financial analysis and provide forward-looking management information to improve operational and financial effectiveness.
• You will support the Site Controller with controlling, month-end closing, and reporting activities for the plant.
• Collaborate with functional teams on day-to-day finance questions and transition finance and plant controlling activities across key sub-processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Financial Analysis and Reporting: Analyze actual results, generate variance analysis, and develop budgets monitoring systems.
• Controlling and Accounting: Support site controller with controlling, month-end closing, and reporting activities.
• Productivity and Costing: Monitor plant's productivity, analyze process order, and calculate cost prices.
• Inventory and Capex: Monitor cycle count, inventory physical verification activity, and capex investments.
• Reporting and Analytics: Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports and analyses for Business Unit/functions.
Requirements
• Cost & Management Accountant/MBA (Finance) from a B-School with relevant experience.
• 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in controlling and accounting processes.
• Strong quantitative skills, expert problem-solving abilities, and adeptness in the use of logic.
• Results Oriented: Meet deadlines, make accurate decisions, juggle multiple demands, and work with varying levels in the organization.
• Experience in SAP, SAP BW, and working knowledge of networking platforms, analysis & reporting applications.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and financial modeling.
• Experience with root cause analysis, analytical mindset, drive continuous improvement, and excellent organizational skills.
• Good communication skills, ability to work with international stakeholders, and international mindset.
