This role is pivotal in building relationships with prospective families and guiding them through the admission process.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Student Admission Process:
Manage and oversee the entire admission process, from inquiry to enrollment.
Provide detailed information about the school’s curriculum, facilities, and policies to prospective parents and students.
Assist families in completing admission forms and ensuring all required documentation is submitted.
Counselling and Relationship Management:
Serve as the first point of contact for prospective families, addressing inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
Conduct school tours for parents and students, showcasing the campus, classrooms, and facilities.
Build strong relationships with prospective families to ensure a positive experience throughout the admission journey.
Marketing and Outreach:
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and events to promote the school.
Participate in education fairs, workshops, and community events to generate leads.
Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly to convert inquiries into admissions.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in the school’s CRM system.
Provide regular reports on admission statistics, trends, and progress to the school management.
Collaboration with School Staff:
Work closely with the Principal and administrative staff to align admission strategies with school goals.
Coordinate with teachers for student assessments during the admission process, if required.
Qualifications and Skills:
Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably in Education, Marketing, or Communication).
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in admissions, counseling, or customer-facing roles. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
Skills:
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong sales and persuasion abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Fluency in English and Hindi is preferred.
