Responsibilities
• To drive the Agency premium in the location for Health business
• To monitor and drive Agency business of location through: Agency Recruitment, Agent Activation, Agent Productivity, Agent Engagement Matrix
• To drive the key agency matrix and uniform practices
• Achieve the top line and bottom line as per defined matrix
• Provide strategic inputs from geographical perspective and periodically review, design and implement plans
• Driving renewals as per target
Qualifications
• Graduate
Key Requirements – Experience & Skills
• Minimum 1+ years exp
• Strong verbal or written communication skills
• Two wheeler is mandatory
• This job requires field visit
