Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, statements, and forecasts to provide accurate and timely financial information to senior management and stakeholders
• Develop, manage, and monitor budgets, financial plans, and forecasts to support the organization's financial goals and objectives
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and tax requirements, and manage relationships with external auditors and regulators
• Conduct financial analysis and evaluate financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making
• Monitor and manage cash flow, making recommendations for optimizing working capital and liquidity
• Contribute to the development and execution of the organization's financial strategy and financial goals
• Identify and manage financial risks and exposure, and make recommendations for mitigating risks
• Develop and implement tax strategies, manage tax planning, and oversee tax compliance and reporting
• Lead and supervise finance and accounting staff, providing guidance, training, and support
• Develop and enforce financial policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard financial assets and maintain accuracy
• Communicate financial information and insights to various stakeholders, including senior management, board of directors, and investors
Required Skill Sets:
• Qualified Chartered Accountant with 3+ Years of relevant experience in accounting and finance roles
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and financial software
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret financial data and provide meaningful insights
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
