Job Description:
This role is a matrix reporting role and will involve driving the Controlling, bookkeeping, taxation and commercial sub departments of Finance function under balanced score card enviroment. Excellence in analytics of company’s financial aspects as well as review with peers on their budgeted performance and deviations with cash flow management and monthly reporting is mandatory which requires excellent hands on experience and in depth excel working is essential .
Critical Role and Responsibilities
1. Ability to review books of accounts and monthly IMS critically and analysis the health of Company.
2. Ability to understand the need of finance to the Company and critically examine the arrangement of loans of the Company.
3. Decision making power and ability to do long term planning.
4. Taxation planning
5. Dealing with bank/FI/RBI/DGFT and external agencies.
6. To have depth knowledge of Accounting & Finalization of books of Accounts. Should be able to prepare monthly IMS & Close books of accounts on month to month basis.
7. Must be having exposure of handling Finance related matter independently i.e. to analysis the short term and long term finance need of the company and arrange finance accordingly.
8. Should be able to prepare annual and monthly MIS i.e P& L and Cash flow.
+. Experience of handling and resolving all the issue related to banking independently including preparation & finalization of CMA data for renewal of working capital limit, Liaisioning with banks etc.
10. Exposure of dealing in foreign exchange, trade finance, Export Import documentation.
11. Goods command over handling commercial issue and various legal issues connected with commercial transactions.
12. Good command over taxation GST law, Income Tax & their compliance.
13. Exposure in handling Internal and statutory auditor for ensuring timely filing of all the statutory complacence.
14. Exposure in preparing annual financial Budget of the company by combining of production and sales budget.
15. Responsible for store accounting.
16. Responsible to prepare and review presentation for CRM.
17. Commercial, FEMA , ECB, FDI, Government incentive scheme, legal matter handling experience.
18. Exposure to treasury management.
Non Critical Role and Responsibilities
1+. Good Liasioning ability with outside agency.
20. Costing analysis
21. ISO documentation compliance for store / accounts if any
22. System development & 5 S.
23. Hands on exposure to SAP FICO and its implementation in manufacturing setup
24. Handling of transfer pricing and OECD benefit test documentations including coordination with Special Valuation Branch at Customs
25. Has handled GST Audit by Central government team
26. Coordination with Company Secretary and prepare all paperwork for Board meetings, Audit committee meetings etc
