Position Title: Finance & Accounts

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra Key Responsibilities:
1. Taxation & Compliance
•Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-+) accurately and timely.
•Handle TDS computation, deduction, payment, and return filing (24Q, 26Q).
•Assist in Income Tax return filing for the company and relevant stakeholders.
•Provide support during tax assessments and audits by coordinating with auditors and consultants.
•Maintain compliance with Private Limited Company statutory norms, including ROC filings and coordination with company secretaries.
2. Accounts & Finance
•Maintain accurate books of accounts in accordance with accounting standards and e-commerce reconciliations.•Manage bank reconciliations, payment processing, invoicing, and ledger management.
•Ensure timely closing of monthly, quarterly, and annual books.
3. Vendor & Payable Management
•Manage vendor onboarding, maintain vendor agreements, and handle queries regarding payments.
•Track vendor payments, TDS deductions, and reconciliations.
•Ensure timely clearance of payables and follow up for necessary documentation. 4. Audit Support
•Coordinate with internal and external auditors during tax audits, statutory audits, and other financial due diligence.
•Prepare documentation and working files required for audits.
5. E-commerce Specific Accounting
•Reconcile sales, returns, commissions, and shipping charges from e-commerce platforms.
•Handle settlement reports, payment gateway reconciliations, and marketplace-specific tax treatments.
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field (CA Inter / M.Com preferred).
•2–7 years of relevant experience, especially with e-commerce clients or companies.
•Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, ITR filing, and tax audits.
•Familiarity with ROC compliances for Private Limited Companies.
•Hands-on experience with accounting software like Tally, or similar tools.
•Proficiency in Excel for reporting and reconciliation.
•Good communication and coordination skills.
