An exciting and challenging role within the AM Finance function, supporting the activities of the Asset Management division. The team is the trusted finance partner for the leadership team and its business managers. We have responsibility for all financial matters affecting the business and you will be specifically responsible for
• Providing reliable, open and relevant financial information to the business managers and other relevant internal business partners
• Report and analyse financial results identifying key expense drivers and providing commentary to business management
• Provide and update multi-year forecast and budget models passionate about expenses
• Quantitative and qualitative financial analysis focused on expenses.
• Work with COO and Regional Management to develop accurate forecasts and strategic plan

AM Finance is a distributed team within Credit Suisse’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO) function. This role provides a broad platform with large impact to the success of the AM division and high management attention. Although the role is based in Pune, there is a high level of global interaction with team members and stakeholders in other regions. Due to the nature of the function, the role offers a high degree of variety and learning opportunity in terms of product knowledge, reporting and analytical skills. The team is friendly and encouraging with a strong work ethics and provides a strong foundation for an individual to develop and collaborate in a dynamic team. Your skills and experience
We are seeking an ENO/AVP level candidate with 5-7 years’ experience based in Pune. The candidate must be extremely proactive who takes initiative, is eager to learn, and has the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Desired qualifications include
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or other business-related field
• Proven 5 - 7 years of finance, accounting, and analyst experience
• Must have proven written and verbal communications skills, including presentation skills
• High level of integrity, sense of urgency, attention to detail and quality standards
• Detailed knowledge of MS Office (proven Excel and power point knowledge)
• You are ambitious, hardworking who can work on own initiative and deliver on time whilst also being a good teammate
• Public and Private Accounting experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Well organized, diligent and ability to prioritize work
• Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
