Hiring: Analyst / Senior Analyst / Lead Analyst – R2R Reconciliation
📍 Locations: Bangalore | Mumbai | Pune
About The Role
We are seeking experienced finance professionals to join our R2R (Record to Report) – Reconciliation team.
Candidates must have a Commerce / Finance background and strong expertise in General Ledger, Bank, and Intercompany Reconciliations.
Experience Levels
• Analyst: 2+ years
• Senior Analyst: 6+ years
• Lead Analyst: 10+ years
Key Responsibilities
• Reconcile General Ledger, Bank, and Intercompany accounts
• Review and investigate reconciliation variances; ensure timely resolution
• Prepare and upload journal entries during month-end closing
• Manage and clear open items, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders
• Maintain accuracy and compliance in the reconciliation process
• Support internal and external audits with required data and clarifications
• Update and maintain SOPs, Error Logs, and related process documentation
• Conduct process trainings and share best practices
• Identify and drive process improvement initiatives
Skills & Competencies
• Strong understanding of accounting and reconciliation processes
• Intermediate Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, deadline-driven, and able to work independently or in teams
• Flexible and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
Eligibility
• Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
• Experience: Relevant experience in R2R Reconciliation is mandatory
