This position supports the onboarding of reinsurance cedents and execution of contract obligations.
Primary Responsibilities
• Develop streamlined operational processes for timely settlement of reinsurance treaties.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly deliverables.
• Participate in process improvements and automation projects.
• Support operational controls environment.
• Coordinate broker fee calculations and invoicing.
• Prepare asset roll forwards for deal analysis.
• Coordinate with financial reporting teams to clear suspense balances.
• Monitor delivery and receipt of contractual deliverables.
• Upload reinsurance cash flows to treasury system.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis and projects.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's degree plus U.S. Certified Public Accounting (CPA) qualification or equivalent.
• Minimum three years' professional experience.
• Two years' experience with accounting and operations for U.S. reinsurance business.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced analytical spreadsheet skills.
• Demonstrated initiative, problem solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated values of collaboration, ownership, and results delivery
