Sound Hands-on Experience in at least 2-3 technologies/tools mentioned below:
PHP/Java, Oracle/MySQL, Linux/Unix, Kafka, Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, Monitoring Tools
Knowledge/Skills
Problem solving attitude: Analyze situations, evaluate alternatives, and implement solutions within
standards (where applicable).
Strong troubleshooting experience of complex issues including all layers ( Web, App, DB, Infra & Network)
Should have deep understanding of E-commerce and Fintech domains.
Ability to enforce decisions on performance excellence with direct impact to end customer experience.
Interpret guidelines and analyze factual information to adapt or modify processes in response to changing
circumstances.
Testing Validation (Manual/Automated) for E-Commerce work flow across all customer Journeys through contracts defined across all interfaces.
Duties may require non-routine analysis, research and follow-through.
Responsibilities
hands-on technical person with good debugging experience
Troubleshooting of ongoing issues/alerts in quick time for immediate workaround.
Follow up on defects/issues with development team and deployment of Permanent Fixes.
Sanity Testing of Functional behavior of application in Production deployment.
Evaluate new features deployment from production and operation readiness perspective
Automation of manual tasks to reduce rework
Review of Service Ticket & MIS and plan for reduction of service tickets and automation of manual tasks
Performance Testing bottleneck identifications and prioritization with Stress/Load/Spike Testing review.
Monitoring of application infrastructures and performance thresholds in Production and Replica Environments.
Automation for Release - Tracking and Monitoring. Deployment and Sanity Validation using CI/CD framework.
Identifying functional gaps and technical debts that needs to be addressed before time.
Coordinating with different stakeholders to ensure application performance/reports are as per KPIs defines.
Monitoring and alert setup for new application/service/server in monitoring tools
Regular review of Oracle AWR report to find out any problematic queries and do performance improvement of
those queries
Setting up of Regex expression for log capturing for alert monitoring
