Job Overview :
We are hoping to hire a Chartered Accountant with a min of 2 year experience in internal audit and / or risks and controls based auditing. A basic understanding of direct and indirect taxation compliance is needed too. We are looking to onboard at our NAVI MUMBAI branches.
Location :
Vashi, NAVI MUMBAI, MAHARAHSTRA (ONSITE)
Key Responsibilities :
• Conduct Various Audits like Internal Audit, Statutory Audit and Tax Audits
• Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and accounting standards.
• Manage tax filings and ensure timely and accurate tax payments and submissions.
• Oversee audits and work with team to ensure efficient and accurate audit processes.
• Provide strategic financial advice and analysis to management for decision-making.
• Review financial data and prepare reports on financial performance, including forecasting and budgeting.
• Ensure compliance with corporate laws, taxation laws, and other regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the implementation and monitoring of internal controls.
• Mentor and guide junior finance staff.
Key Requirements :
• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is essential.
• Min. 2 years of Experience post qualification
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial reporting skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, etc.) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Internal Audit Exposure is a MUST.
• Experience in Finance or investment management shall be PREFERRED
