Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and present initial project design concepts to clients.
• Prepare and adjust architectural drawings using CAD software.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure design feasibility.
• Apply for planning permissions and advise clients on statutory approvals required for projects.
• Oversee the construction process, ensuring adherence to architectural plans.
• Conduct site visits and project meetings to monitor progress and compliance with design specifications.
• Modify designs based on client feedback, site conditions, and other influencing factors.
• Input preparation in form of design brief, review of design concept, review of schematics, review of material specifications, review of material specifications, review of space & functional planning with respect to design brief by local-by-laws, optimization of specs, review of café drawings.

Qualifications

Education and Certification Requirements:
• A professional degree in Architecture (bachelor’s or master’s degree).
• Licensure to practice architecture, typically involving passing the Architect Registration Examination (ARE).
• Proficiency in CAD software and other architectural design tools.
• Understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and construction processes.
• Min Qualification:- B.Arch. with First Class.
• Min. Exp:- Min. 8+ Years of Exp, out of which 6 Years in high end corporate/ Institutional/ Office buildings.
