Role Description
We are seeking an Article Assistant for a full-time, on-site position located in Mumbai. The role involves assisting in a variety of auditing tasks, assurance services, contributing to financial analysis, and supporting the preparation of financial reports. The Article Assistant will also assist in ensuring compliance with various laws and regulations, as well as perform research and analysis on financial and tax issues.
Work Exposure
Statutory & Internal Audit of mid / large corporates including listed companies, NBFCs, HFCs, Insurance Cos., Mutual Funds, Manufacturing Cos., etc.

Qualifications
- Completed CA Intermediate
- Proficiency in financial analysis, auditing, and the preparation of financial reports
- Knowledge of taxation principles, compliance procedures, and tax planning strategies
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in relevant accounting and tax software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- A strong desire to learn and develop in the field of finance, audit, and taxation
