About You:
You are an experienced property lawyer
You have a strong understanding of Qld property law
You have the ability to assist with property BAU matters involving work relating to easements, acquisitions of land and general commercial property work
You have experience dealing with landholders and titles
You are capable of providing timely, commercial legal advice on complex real estate matters including leasing, development, construction, property management and other asset-related issues
You have the ability to build and manage strong working relationships with senior executives and other key internal stakeholders
You have the ability to hit the ground running and work closely with a fast paced team
You have a minimum of 5 years' experience
You have the ability to understand and adapt to the needs of the business
You have a current practising certificate
You have the right to live and work in Australia
