About the opportunity
An exciting ongoing opportunity for an experienced Placement and Return to Work Coordinator is now available to join our strategic, contemporary and outcome focused team.
The role requires a strong communicator who is experienced and driven on applying early intervention measures following incidents, plus delivering on successful placement and return to work coordination whilst supporting the WHS functions.

About the Role
Reporting to the Manager of Human Resources, the Placement and Return to Work Coordinator is accountable for the provision of high quality and timely advice to employees and leaders across SA Housing Trust in relation to case management of excess and unattached employees, as well as employees who are returning to work following a work related or non-work-related injury.
The role is responsible for providing relevant training and coaching to leaders on the case management process, including redundancy, redeployment or retraining options for excess employees, as well as the return-to- work process following injury.
The role acts as the conduit between Work Injury Services and SA Housing Trust leaders to identify and apply early intervention measures following a workplace injury resulting in a Workers Compensation claim. You will also be responsible for the development and implementation of recovery and return to work plans.
The Placement and Return to Work Coordinator will monitor workforce mobility data, providing insights through the leaders to inform workforce strategies and decisions.

Special Conditions
Successful applicant will be required to satisfactorily complete a National Police Clearance prior to being employed.
The successful applicant will be required to hold a current Australian issued Drivers Licence, which must be maintained.
Please note: The successful applicant will be appointed at either classification depending on knowledge, skills and experience held.
Remuneration
$85,790 - $95,413 (ASO5)
$98,478 - $104,165 (ASO6)
