JOB TITLE: Account Executive
JOB PURPOSE: Responsible for managing the financial transactions and records of the organization. They provide financial analysis and advice to management and ensure the accuracy and completeness of all financial records.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 3 Years
QUALIFICATION : GRADUATE
JOB DESCRIPTION :
Manage financial transactions including processing invoices, making payments, and recording financial data.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all financial records and maintain up-to-date financial statements and reports.
Provide financial analysis and advice to management, including identifying financial trends and forecasting future financial performance.
Prepare and manage budgets and ensure that expenses are in line with budgetary constraints.
Manage audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations and support organizational goals.
Monitor and report on the organization's financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to management.
Maintain knowledge of current accounting practices and regulations and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.
KEY COMPETENCIES:

Accounting software and MS Office Suite.
Meticulous (Attention To Detail)
Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
