Full job description
Autosports Group Limited is Australia’s largest listed prestige, luxury and super luxury automotive retail group, employing approximately 1,800 people across 55 businesses in Australia and New Zealand. We represent automotive brands that include Aston Martin, Audi, Bentley, BMW, Jaguar, Lamborghini, Land Rover, Maserati, McLaren, Mercedes-Benz, MINI, Rolls-Royce, Volkswagen and Volvo.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with a positive attitude, strong organisational skills, and a keen eye for detail, eager to kick-start their career within our busy accounts team based in Doncaster.
Responsibilities include:
Vehicle sales processing and reporting
Processing vehicle invoices
Daily banking & bank statement
Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
Document scanning
Filing and other ad hoc accounting tasks as required
Assist with the preparation of monthly financial statements
Provide assistance to the Financial Controller and the Dealership Accountant
To be Successful, you will:
Intermediate computer skills with MS Excel, Office, accounting software and databases
A tertiary qualification in accounting will be preferred, or currently studying towards a degree
High attention to detail
Strong communication and administration skills
A strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks
Dealership experience preferred but not essential
