Job Description
Assist with Financial Operations: This includes tasks like invoice processing, payment processing, and maintaining records of all financial transactions.
Accounts Receivable: Manage and follow up on customer accounts to ensure timely payment, including sending out invoices and tracking outstanding balances.
Accounts Payable: Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements with the company's financial records to ensure accuracy.
Financial Reporting: Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Data Entry and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records of all financial transactions.
Tax Compliance: Assist with the preparation and filing of tax returns.
Reporting and Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and potential issues.
Support the Accounting Team: Provide support to the accounting team in various tasks as needed.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to accounting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist with the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
Vendor Relationships: Maintain relationships with vendors and ensure timely payments.
